Laptop92 – Order Replacements & Warranty Claims

1) Replacement

Laptop92 is committed to delivering the best laptops and technology products across Pakistan. Our top priority is customer satisfaction. Our support team is always ready to assist you through calls, emails, online chat, or by leaving a message on our social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp for prompt support.

All products undergo thorough inspection and testing by our Quality Control Department before leaving our warehouse to ensure they are damage-free, fully functional, and of high quality. However, if a customer encounters a product issue such as a defect, incorrect specifications, or manufacturing fault, Laptop92 offers a 7-day replacement policy under the following conditions:

  • No replacements or returns will be accepted unless the product suffers from the issues mentioned below.

  • Physical damage or issues with the product must be reported to us on the same day of delivery. Contact Laptop92’s support immediately. Failure to do so may void the replacement claim.

  • Defective, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect products will only be exchanged for the same model with identical specifications.

  • We are partnered with delivery services like Leopard, Blue-ex, M&P, and TCS to ensure safe product delivery.

For laptops and other products, international warranty claims (including Apple) may reflect shorter periods due to shipping and handling times. Only Apple’s inactive machines’ warranty starts upon initial internet connection. Refunds or replacements for this reason will not be entertained.

Products with damage caused by misuse are not eligible for replacement.

If you receive a product with incorrect specifications or a different model than ordered, you must notify us within 7 days, and shipping costs for both sending and receiving will be borne by the customer. If you reject the product at the time of delivery, 10% to 40% of the total amount will be deducted from the refund.

No replacement requests will be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns must occur within the replacement period to be eligible.

Products that are factory-sealed (e.g., Apple MacBooks, Microsoft Surface, etc.) cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customers who change their minds or wish to upgrade to a higher model, as we do not deal in used products.

If a product has minor variations in specifications or models and the customer accepts it, no replacement will be offered later.

Customers are advised to verify product specifications on the official manufacturer’s website before purchasing.

Please note that images on our website may slightly differ from the actual product as mentioned on most manufacturers’ sites. No claims will be entertained based on image variations.

For physical issues (e.g., scratches, dents) reported within 2 days of delivery, we may coordinate with our suppliers for resolution. Issues reported beyond this period are not covered.

2) Warranty Claim

Laptop92 is not responsible for claims involving international warranties.

Original invoices from the initial international purchase cannot be provided as products may pass through several distributors before arriving in Pakistan.

For local warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center directly. It’s the customer’s responsibility to check for a warranty card upon delivery along with the invoice.

Warranty durations may vary due to shipping and handling times, for which Laptop92 is not responsible.
